How high win percentage does one need in order to climb in the ranking?
In reality, there is no direct relationship between your win rate and your rank climbing, you just need to understand the Rank Bar and Rank Shield system.

Very true, but there is a tipping point where you won't be able to loos enough games in order to reset it. And that would mean you will climb the rank.
