Chinese New Year is near. It's on February 10, 2024. This new year is Dragon Year. It's a big day, especially for Chinese families like me. There are family gatherings, Food parties, and festivals.

Some of the big family members are planning to come even before February 10, 2024. As usual for every year, cleaning duty. I'm cleaning ceramic walls and windows today. My little brother is sweeping and mopping. I think we'll do it until the not cleaning day because of the tradition. We're not allowed to clean or even touch the cleaning tools on Chinese New Year.

My grandmother always tells me to prepare and clean before February 10, 2024. She said that if we clean on Chinese New Year, it'll mean we're cleaning our good luck. Well, I just follow my grandmother. But, I don't think Chinese New Year 2024 will be good as it's close to the Indonesia Government election. Well, I'll just see it later. I just hope no one makes this big day for political purposes.
