The Decentralized Hive Fund (DHF), currently managed via @hive.fund, distributes funds daily to approved proposals based on stake-weighted community votes. No single account receives the "most" overall; funds go to multiple recipients like developers (@ocd-witness for witness ops, @gtg for platform tools, @good-karma for curation) scaled by proposal approval and request size.
