Redish and redish leaves curry with ragi roti

Ingredients
Redish leaves 2 cup chopped
Redish 3 piece
Garlic , onion, green chillies and cumin seeds
Preparation
Start by peeling and removing the skin. Then, use a grater to thinly slice or grate the radish.
And chopped the redish leaves
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and garlic .Allow them to splutter
Add chopped onions , green chilli and sauté onion until golden brown.
Add redish and redish leaves and salt ,mix well
Stir in chopped radish and radish leaves. Cook for a few minutes until they start to soften.
Cover and simmer until radish and leaves are tender.
After 15 minutes mix well
Now ready to eat curry
Now we are prepare ragi flour dough
add water and knead the mixture into a soft dough.
Heat a tawa (griddle) on medium heat. Place the ragi roti on the hot tawa.
Cook the roti on both sides, applying ghee or oil until it turns golden brown.
Your nutritious and delicious redish curry with Ragi ki Roti is ready to be served.
