Ingredients:

• 500g fish fillets
• 2 onions
  

• 5 cloves garlic,
• 1-inch ginger,

• 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 1/2 teaspoon fenugreek seeds

• 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
• 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
• 2 teaspoon red chili powder
• 2 teaspoon coriander powder

• 1/2 cup curd

• 1/2 tsp garam masala
• Salt to taste
• Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Fish:
   • Clean and cut the fish into medium-sized pieces.
   • Marinate with a 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder,garam masala and salt. Set aside for 15 minutes.
