Easy, delicious and healthy Masoor dal (lentil soup) 🌺🌺
Hello friends, I hope you all are happy & healthy. Today I will share a masoor dal recipe that is made with a few ingredients, quick to cook, and easy to digest. It is delicious & healthy. So let's start ___
Ingredients__
💥 masoor dal - 1 cup
💥 garlic- 15 to 20
💥 green chili- 5 to 6
💥 turmeric - 1/2 tsp
💥 salt - 1 tsp /according to taste
💥 green coriander - little bit more
💥 ghee &oil - 7 to 8 tbsp
Method ____
Wash the dal & soak it in water for 10 minutes, grate the garlic & finely chop green chilli &coriander. Then in a vessel put 4-5 tbspof oil & 2 tbsp of ghee.
Put tha garlic once oil is hot & stir for 2 minutes
Then add tha lentil &fry it for 2 minuts, now termaric, salt & green chillies & mix it.
Add water to the dal & let it boil once it starts boiling, lower the flame & let it cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
Then mix tha dal properly & boil it for 2 minutes & check the consistency it should be like soup consistency. Now tha dal is ready garnish it with Coriander & a tbsp of ghee. Eat with chapati you can also pair salad & pickle with it
