The continuous fear of job Insecurity and Inconvenience.!
Our mind keeps on thinking about various concepts and ideologies but sometimes we think about something which really touches us deep. Yesterday night while I was studying, some kind of strange thoughts were coming in my mind to which I actually had no answer at that point of time.
We all have a thought that keeps on going at the backend of our mind and that's the kind of professional or the job which we are going to opt further as a fresher during our early age because on that particular aspect our whole life is dependent.
We all have done efforts and hardwork for achieving something, to be something, but what if we were not able to do it?
As I already mentioned in my previous post that soon I am going to complete my education and search for a job but while scrolling some online sites like Linkedin, I usually see highly qualified people who are jobless, finding it difficult to earn. Infact some of them have studied from the top most universities.
So, the thought which confused and frightened me was the fear of not getting a good job. Grabbing the the kind of education that is very difficult, putting up the hardwork but still having such a fear is really common these days because you never know what is going to happen.
Job insecurities are really increasing especially in the sectors which AI and Robots are going to gather up fast. My friend sister who has been a SDE-II has lost her job recently and along with her there were 50 other people who lost it because of the companies order. That's strange, that how fast companies just kick the people out when there needs are done.
I just see the hardwork and effort which she had sown but still getting such results. Now she's still in search of some job and hardly finding any because when you reach certain level you actually think to deserve something more good not less.
No matter how much we say that AI or Robots can't replace humans but still there's that 1% of scope on this part of jobs which AI is doing well and moreover this 1% is part which affects us humans tha most because our whole livelihood is dependent upon it.
There's really a need to work and think upon this topic which just made up a bundle of thoughts in my mind and seriously I wasn't able to solve any of it.
We do sometimes say that stay consistent and put up all the efforts, try your best.
That's done. What next?
And to that there's no answer but just wait and trust the process.
Strange!

Evolutionary process at work/play. Nature’s endless changes, forcing adaptation.
Change is accelerating - posing both challenges & opportunities.
Indeed, many who keep trying living according to the ways of society & culture we/they have grown up with - i.e. working jobs, employed in financial/economic/corporate systems built last century - may find it difficult to adapt as conditions change. I think this is an interesting niche community here on Hive, who’ve positioned themselves at the forefront of change - embracing technology and shifts towards decentralization, learning & adjusting to the direction things are headed. Similarly with those really putting their heads down and doing the work to get proficient with the use of AI tools, keeping ahead of the curve to seize what opportunities to put it to use as business models change.
Imo, there’s gonna be a big shift towards greater requirements for individuals to step into their own financial/economic sovereignty, embracing the spirit of ‘solo entrepreneurship’ and really rising to the challenges & seize the opportunities in/of these new directions things are heading. “Security” in jobs, employment, corporations, governments… likely gonna be less & less; the greater “security” only available as coming into one’s own independence and either carving out a unique path and/or riding waves of ‘unconventional/non-traditional’ opportunities and investing the profits wisely.
“Wait and trust the process,” *to a degree… though not passively waiting. The era of intense hustle-culture sleepless nights grinding may be coming to an end too, but there’s still no doubt a level of self-development required - investment in knowledge & skills - so that one knows how to surf when the right waves of opportunity roll in… 🌊
You do have your own plans to succeed with an idea, but if that Idea works and then suddenly don't works, it seems to be quite disappointing because you were going smoothly and then one fine day even gets over, it's shocking. First of all it takes a lot of time to recover from that great shock of losing a job.
Entrepreneurship is another sorts of thing, I think all of us from our childhood would have dreamt to be something so if suddenly you have to change your profession from an Engineer to an entrepreneur it's quite tricky which 0% of guarantee. It's basically on your interest and passion I would say. Doing your own job with independence seems to be very interesting until you implement it, sometimes we do have seen big business getting disrupted and all the money getting wasted.
