En este día, la comunidad de empower talent nos invita hacer una reflexión de la paciencia partiendo de unas definiciones básicas para conocer el significado, dónde la creatividad nos impulse hacer un maravilloso escrito.

Para mí la paz de Dios es fundamental para que mantenga un equilibrio y esa la obtengo cuando me siento feliz y satisfecha con mi familia, ya que mi hija es una pieza fundamental que viene a determinar muchas de mis alegrías.

También es importante invertir tiempo en la recreación y momentos de esparcimientos, tanto con amigos como también momentos a solas, que te sirven para reflexionar lo positivo de lo que pasa en mi vida, así como también si hay pendientes, solucionarlos y aquello que te genera dolor de cabeza, ansias y temores, saber cómo enfrentarlo ya que no queremos ahogarnos en problemas sino saber llevarlo para que no ocasione un caos emocional.

Algo que me ayuda a estar en paz conmigo y con todos los demás, es degustar un rico café en la mañana, porque es como una manera de iniciar un gran día, así que está actividad diaria puede repetirse en diversas ocasiones del día, así como también la compañía influye en esta acción.

También me llena de alegría y paz, el chocolate, más aún cuando viene de manos especiales, como un detalle solo para hacerte sonreír, aunque también suelo hacer una bebida achocolatada con una par de trozos de pedacitos de nubes dulces, esa es una tradicion que en tiempo de lluvia, nos sentemos juntas a tomarlo mientras vemos caer la lluvia desde la ventana.

También me gustaría compartir con todos y es que el secreto de la paciencia es esperar un mejor momento, no dejarnos llevar por las emociones, saber responder de una manera suave, que busque no solo cambiar sino llenarnos de paz.

Aunque reconozco que no tengo un buen carácter, si he tratado de mantener un equilibrio entre mis emociones, porque con el tiempo llegué a entender que la paz es una decisión y para iniciar lo más importante es dar un primer paso, además necesitamos complementos como el amor, porque sin ese ingrediente esencial no sabría cómo bajar la guardia ante circunstancias difíciles.

Es por ello que la iglesia, mis amigos, mis pastores, cada una de las predicas, ayudas sociales y muchas actividades me ayudan a ver crecer mi espiritualidad, no quiero seguir haciendo acciones emocionales de poco provecho y no dejo que raíces de rencor crezcan en mi corazón, solo descanso en Dios, le agradezco cada oportunidad de vida y felicidad, también trato de no resolver con mi fuerza sino que dejo que el tiempo diluya el sentimiento.

Es así que trato de inspirar a otros, porque la manera de caminar en la vida serán el reflejo de lo que hay en nuestro corazón, es así como espero que busquemos la paz de Dios primero en el interior de nuestro ser, entregando a Cristo nuestras manera de ser y permitiéndole que Dios nos guíe.
