Fuimos a una jornada de trabajo, a las afueras de Valencia, estado Carabobo, con el fin de hacer una inspección ocular de un lugar específico, es por ello que fuimos acompañados por institutos como el Inti, Insai, algunos colegas abogados tanto públicos como privados.

Por supuesto yo fui acompañada por Gonzalo González, mi profesor de probatorio hace muchos años y ahora hoy mi jefe o socio de trabajo, ya que tengo ya un año laborando en el bufete de abogados con el, donde el aprendizaje y el crecimiento ha sido extraordinario.

En esta ocasion nos toco ir a una inspección ocular, pero el terreno era muy extenso, asi que nos dividimos en varios grupos, para poder abarcar toda la extensión de terreno completa, pero no se hubiera podido lograr sin el apoyo de expertos del Inti y de Insai para dejar constancia de la realidad visual tanto en las siembras, vegetación, animales, entre otros detalles que ellos manejan mucho mejor que yo.

Mientras caminamos esta gran extension de terreno pude conocer a la Ing. Adriana, con ella pude conocer los tipos de vegetaciones que encontramos, pero tambien en conversaciones con ella, pude afirmar que su trabajo es de admiracion y vocación pues yo me encontraba agotada por la caminata y el calor en mi primera inspección en un alo trabajando en el bufete, pero ella trabaja a diario recorriendo las zonas agrarias del estado carabobo, asi que debe tener fortaleza física y mental para superar obstaculos en cada jornada de trabajo.

Cada representación en el proceso alega su posición, sin embargo, esta vez solo se buscaba recorrer un lugar específico y dejar constancia de lo que se vió, es por ello que los grupos llevaban representaciones de todos los entes que estan interesados en el proceso.

En la jornada algunos de los habitantes fueron tan amables que compartieron un poco de cafe con nosotros, asi que a pesar del sol, me di mi tiempo de tomar un sorbo de este rico cafe.

La naturaleza sorprendido a la representación del Tribunal Agrario que estaba con nosotros, sin embargo, tengo que destacar que se mantuvo firme a lo largo del recorrido levantando datos juntos a su secretaria, tomando notas, lo cual fue de admirar, porque pude ver que como abogados no solo demostramos el resultado de nuestro trabajo en las oficinas sino tambien en lugares tan alejados como este.

Tambien pude conocer con el personal adscritos al Inti y al Insai, tipo de tierras, vegetaciones, data de la siembra y una serie de terminos muy interesantes, asi que puedo afirmar que está inspección ocular será de grandes beneficios al proceso, pero también nos ayuda a conocer un poco mas de la parte agraria, aun yo que vengo de los llanos venezolanos no habia ido a una inspección pero ahora estare atenta asistir cuando hagan el llamado en el bufete para este tipo de trabajo.

Ademas de los codigos, leyes y normas juridicas, asi como el expediente de trabajo que llevaba Gonzalo en el morral, tambien es importante llevar ropa adecuada y un calzado de amortiguación que te permitan estar a la par con el trabajo que se busca lograr, asi como hidratación es tan importante.

Me despido muy agradecida por todos los participantes en esta inspección ocular que se llevo a cabo, donde todos pusimos de nuestra parte para llevar con exito esta jornada de trabajo cumpliendo con las metas propuestas oara este dia.

As we walked across this vast expanse of land, I got to know Adriana, an engineer. She taught me about the types of vegetation we encountered, but also, in conversations with her, I realised that her work is admirable and a true vocation, because I was exhausted by the walk and the heat on my first inspection in a year working at the law firm, but she works every day travelling around the agricultural areas of Carabobo State, so she must have physical and mental strength to overcome obstacles every day at work.

Each representation in the process argues its position, however, this time the aim was only to visit a specific place and record what was seen, which is why the groups carried representations of all the entities interested in the process.

During the day, some of the locals were kind enough to share some coffee with us, so despite the sun, I took the time to enjoy a sip of this delicious coffee.

Nature took the Agricultural Court representative who was with us by surprise, but I must point out that he remained steadfast throughout the tour, gathering data together with his secretary and taking notes, which was admirable, because I could see that as lawyers we not only demonstrate the results of our work in the office but also in places as remote as this.

I was also able to learn from the staff assigned to Inti and Insai about soil types, vegetation, planting dates and a series of very interesting terms, so I can say that this visual inspection will be of great benefit to the process, but it also helps us learn a little more about agriculture. Even though I come from the Venezuelan plains, I had never been to an inspection before, but now I will be sure to attend when the law firm calls for this type of work.

In addition to the codes, laws, and legal regulations, as well as the work file that Gonzalo carried in his backpack, it is also important to wear appropriate clothing and cushioned footwear that allow you to keep up with the work you are trying to accomplish, and hydration is just as important.
