My Actifit Report Card: August 15 2023 - A well-deserved cappuccino
A quick post to make a record of my activity yesterday.
In the afternoon I went to the park, just like the day before that for some reason the Actifit app didn't update my steps correctly and that's why I didn't post.
Yesterday was 4 km of walking and then exercises on the machines to strengthen my arms. My left shoulder has been slowly improving.
This flower is from one of the trees in the park. I did not take this pic yesterday but a couple of days ago. My friend google lens tells me is called Falsa Caoba.
The husband joined me yesterday as well as the day before. It is good that he can now also do physical activity, although he should not force the pace. He is going little by little for the time being.
Afterward, we had a treat and as we had to buy some things in the supermarket we stopped in a coffee shop that we love for a cappuccino.
