The Python House
“What must be kept in there? Why would they write “keep out” at the entrance to the room?” I asked, but just within me. I have been employed as the new security officer in the “Heart of the Town” company, where they produce palm oil. It's truly the heart of the town, as the whole palm oil industry in that vicinity and the surrounding areas, as well as abroad, depends on this company.

No one had ever told me about any keep-out room. “Does that mean they hid something secretive here?” I asked myself as I began to wonder.
I thought of asking my colleagues, but then discouragement might set in. “Come to think of it, I have the keys to that room. Maybe I should open it and see what is inside," I said to myself. As I walked towards the secret room, I heard footsteps coming towards where I was. I tried to maintain it, but then I kept on hearing these footsteps without stopping. “Perhaps some people are walking towards the field," I guessed, but then the footsteps calmed down a bit. As I wanted to insert the key into the mouth of the door, the same footsteps came up again, and this time it was a non-stop sound.
Some cold went straight into my spine, and I was in deep fear. I do not know whether to open it or to let it be. “I must see the secrets these people are hiding in here," I muttered to myself.
I left the door unopened and was so uncomfortable. It was just as if, when your mind is on something, you must do it before you get your mind off it. This was how my mind was.
The next day, I noticed that the staff were not going to that area. They are only focused on doing what they have to do.
I walked to the room and dipped the keys in the door, wanting to open it, but suddenly, I heard the sound of footsteps coming from the same direction. I had to run fast and leave my surroundings. Within three hours, I left for this room. I inserted the keys into it, and immediately, I heard the same strange footsteps. “What a strange thing!” I exclaimed.
I tried to trace the footsteps, but the more I moved forward, the more they faded. I didn't even mind it again; instead, I went straight to the door after observing that no one was watching me. Likewise, I opened the door and saw that everywhere looked dark, even though it was bright outside. As I took a step forward, the door closed by itself. At this junction, I knew I was in for it.
The very first thing I saw was a human skull and a lantern placed on the floor. My heart raised as I went straight to the door. I tried to open it but my effort was to no avail.
My heart began to race and beat very fast. At that moment, there was no alternative, and there was nothing in my head to think of. I used my phone's torchlight and saw a giant python. I began to shiver without finding any solution on how to get out of the room. Not only that, but I was unable to shout as the instruction was boldly written on a signpost: “Keep out." This means I was just too inquisitive, or else the footsteps were giving me signals. I could not understand, just because of the eagerness to enter the room.
As I moved a step, the python moved closer. I tried to search to see if there was a way out but to no avail. I checked my phone's time and saw that I had stayed in the room for more than two hours. Likewise, I guess it's dark out there already, and they would have started searching for me. Not only that, but I decided to sit in one corner, as I had admitted and surrendered. Furthermore, I knew I was not going to escape this. Furthermore, I saw the python coming in my direction, and immediately I began to shift from my initial position to a different one. After shifting for almost 360°, my hand placed on the floor touched a book. “At least it's just a way out I needed right now," I said to myself as I knew it was the end of my life. I opened my phone and sent a message to my wife: “Please, I may not come back ever again. I have been trapped in a strange place.”.
“I knew by now that my wife would be crying," I said after five minutes of texting her.
I decided to point the phone torchlight on the book as I was shifting gradually, as well as the Python. The very first page I opened was an instruction on how to escape out of the room. “You will remain here forever, but if you allow the python to swallow you, then it will take you through its tail until you come out through it, then you shall be saved." “How will I allow the python to swallow me? What if I remained there forever?” These were my thoughts, but then what difference would that make? I'm already in for it, whether I like it or not.
I closed my eyes and remained in a spot until the python had to crawl to where I was. It swallowed me, and that was all. I came out through the tail. The tail was leading to the backside of the building.
It was late, and I could not wait a bit; instead, I had to run my life out of the place. My colleagues who saw me were echoing my name, asking, “We have been searching for you for so long now. Where have you been?”
“It's a long story," I narrated what had happened to me to my colleagues, and then I immediately rushed home to meet with my family. My wife was so happy, but after hearing the story, she warned me never to work for that company again.

What being too inquisitive caused the protagonist. I can imagine the thought of allowing himself to be swallowed by a python. But hey, if that was the only way, it was worth taking. Good script
Thanks a lot. It's the only way and I have no choice other than to go through it
