Rupay Credit Card on the Rise
More and more companies are coming up with their Rupay Variant in Credit Card and giving generous rewards. Like for example, I got an email about the Rupay Credit Card with Juipter in collaboration with CBS Bank, which is giving 5% rewards for every transactions.

Since it's a Rupay Credit Card you can use it to pay using the UPI. And thus you will get dual benefit, keep the money in your bank and pay using the Credit Card and get rewards. This is better than other Rupay Cards because because you get flat 5% cash back with every transactions and it's not that you have to spend minimum amount to get the cash back.
Though I have a Rupay Credit Card from IDFC, I am Aldo thinking of getting this card which is quite good to be honest. Getting a reward of 5% everything for every transactions is quite good.
Since with Rupay Credit card you can use it for paying using the UPI, it is worth the effort to get one for yourself. Like for me I have been using the Rupay Credit Card from 2 months and usually my spend goes over Rs 10K and thus I can get good cash back, like Rs 500 per month. Since I have used the Rupay Credit Card for every transaction be it small or big, it is good to get one card which can give me rewards for every transaction.
Now I have become a big advocate of Rupay Credir Card and asking people to get one. Like for example, I went to pay my kids school fees and the school asked for 2% extra if I use Credit Card. Now if I pay using the Rupay Credit Card using the UPI, I will not only save that 2% but also i will get the 5% cash back which I feel quite good.
Oh this is interesting. I have always been thinking about getting a Rupay variant credit card for myself. I currently have 4 credit cards already. Wondering if it would be too much if I get one more. Maybe I can replace one of those cards to Rupay.
Which credit card do you suggest? Also does it have any AMC?
I myself have 6 Credit Card and thinking of getting one for myself top. The Rupay Credit Card has the lowest fees, most comes under Rs 500. But the thing is AMC will be waived off if you use them say like Rs 50K in a year, which is quite achievable.
I have IDFC First Power, and I use for filling petrol. There are many you can choose from. Thinking of getting CSB from Jupiter too.
How is this Jupiter application. Is this good. I have not used any of those apps yet. But I hear a lot of good things about Jupiter.
I will check and see which additional credit card will be useful for me. Maybe SBI should be my next target. I see a lot of offers from them. I will also need a card for petrol filling without a surcharge.
Jupiter is good, but if you are targeting Rupay card then I guess having Jupiter doesn't make sense because Rupay card can be used inside GPay for UPI. I think you can go with any Rupay Card which gives good reward points. Their annual fees usually waived off.
Maybe when it is time to upgrade any of my existing cards, I will upgrade it as a Rupay card. I visited the Rupay website and did not find any of the cards amusing.
