Robert Kiyosaki Predicted Market Crash in 2025
I have read Rich Dad and Poor Dad, and to be honest, it's a great book for people who wants to learn about finances. Here, Robert Kiyosaki, the author, talked about creating assets and reducing liabilities and other things. I was going through Twitter and just saw the tweet from the same author about the market crash in 2025.

As per him, the biggest market crash in world history will happen this year. We have seen the demo when the market crashed like anything because of Trump's tariff announcement. Now think about it, one tariff can do so much damage that anything can happen till he is in office. So a market crash can happen, but I am not sure it would happen this year or not.
As per him, he is asking everyone to invest in real estate, which is goo,d but again, real estate is illiquid in nature. For any reason if your job is not there, you cannot cash out the real estate, but at the same tim,e you cannot cash out the stocks also because it has crashed. So balance is what is required. Invest in stocks, real estate, as well as in Fixed Deposit. The fixed deposit should be for at least 6 to 12 months so that even if the market is down and you lose your job, you have 6 to 12 months runaway.
The problem is you cannot invest in real estate now because it's getting expensive. But what we can do is to invest in a village or a small town to get started with the real estate. Or better is to invest in REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) for as low as Rs 300. In this way, you don't have to invest a significant amount and can slowly and steadily invest in it.
Next, he talked about Silver and Ethereum as well. Again, it is part of the diversification exercise. You can invest in metals, crypto which includes Etherum as well as Silver.
