Living Healthy is So Expensive
With so many diseases running around, the simplest thing people can do is to start eating healthy. As of now it's not proved but most of the diseases are because of the food mainly unhealthy food. People can get a burger for Rs 50 in India but when they want to have a salad, they have to spend around Rs 150. And not only in the food, living healthy is quite expensive and it is becoming more expensive day by day.

Now if a person wants to start eating healthy only, their expenses will increase by 2x. As you have to get good oil, mostly wood press oil, need to eat protein powder, different varieties of healthy food. Then you have to have gym subscription, and other subscriptions for the healthy living. So yeah having healthy lifestyle is expensive. And then if you want a personal trainer that's again very costly affair.
I was actually going through a program by the Herbalife, which says that you can do a weight loss program through it. And the cost is around Rs 10K per month per person. So if the full family wants to use the Herbalife, that means you have to pay a lot of amount on that. And that's why it is said that being healthy is only for rich. As a middle class person you cannot buy all the top class healthy products always.
For example, we buy the normal oil which is around Rs 180 per litre. And as a middle class we cannot but olive oil which is around Rs 1500 per litre every month. I know being healthy is required, but again we can use only limited resources mostly money to achieve that. We cannot eat top notch healthy products even if we want it.
