The Waldorf Astoria Berlin – A Dream of Luxury

Walking along Hardenbergstraße near Breitscheidplatz, one building stands out immediately: the sleek high-rise – the Waldorf Astoria Berlin.

The name “Waldorf Astoria” is synonymous with luxury, elegance, and top-tier hospitality around the globe. And while the Adlon near the Brandenburg Gate remains Berlin’s most historic grand hotel, the Waldorf Astoria has firmly established itself as the crown jewel of the City West.

Opened in 2013 in the striking Zoofenster tower, the hotel rises over 118 meters above the city, combining timeless elegance with contemporary design. One of its highlights is the “Guerlain Spa” at the top floor, offering stunning panoramic views across Berlin – pure indulgence.

Inside, you’ll find marble bathrooms, dark wood accents, custom-made furniture, and a service philosophy that leaves absolutely nothing to be desired. The in-house restaurant “ROCA” serves Mediterranean delights, and the “Lang Bar” whisks you back to the glamorous 1920s – the perfect spot for an evening cocktail.

Of course, a quick look at the rates reminds you that this level of luxury comes at a price. But perhaps that’s exactly what makes it so special.
