2/🧵To be honest, accountability is not something that is so easy, but it is one good act we should embrace. As someone who is accountable, you should always be ready to own your actions and behaviour and not shift blame. We are living in a world where people find it hard to be accountable; they easily shift blame to people. Accountability is owning up to your behaviour rather than pushing blame on someone.
