2/🧵If I am asked to bring one dish for the #ladiesofhive anniversary, it will be no other dish than my country's popular rice, which is known as Nigerian Jollof rice. A party without this dish is not a party enough; there is no party in my country that does not serve it. One thing about this dish is you can never reject it; just the aroma alone will fill your stomach, not to mention when you have a taste of the meal.For me this dish is more than a meal, and for me any party I attend with Nigerian jollof, that party is not complete. This meal unites people today, and the amazing thing about this meal is that it is a popular meal eaten by everyone in my country; no tribe has it. That is one unique thing about the food.
