2/🧵One of the best things about having a favorite food is the comfort it brings after a stressful day. Coming back home and eating your favorite meal can help lift your mood. It must not solve a problem, but it creates a little happiness between you. I don’t know if I am the only one whose favorite food provides comfort and everlasting memories. Food is one thing that connects us with people; for instance, when we go for birthdays, weddings, and family reunions, food is that one thing we have in common. When we gather around the table sharing meals and telling stories, some of the best moments are created over a delicious meal.
