Submit a ticket in their Discord. https://discord.gg/RJXTVG6t I had issues because I tried to pay in LEO. Apparently that isn't working right now. You have to use HBD or USDC. They'll refund the LEO and you can swap to HBD yourself and send it. Like I said, that's what I had to do last week...
