Just go to your wallet on hive engine. Click the transaction symbol with the three lines to the right of your stake. and it will show all leo transactions.
Or go into the explorer on H-E and input your name and the token to see all actions.

As far as I know, yes.
From the other UI, "leo.voter" is shown as the origin account, it's a bit clearer imho.
and will I get daily, weekly or monthly?

Go here: https://he.dtools.dev/ , and input your username + the "LEO" ticker. All the tokens sent from @leo.voter will be that passive income.
You'll probably notice that the amounts tend to be low, given that all those tokens come from buybacks on the open market (compared to when around 6k LEO were minted on a daily basis, hehe).
