First time ever selling some crypto. I took out my investment in Zcash and put it aside, the rest will stay and ride out whatever happens.

Smart move to de-risk your principal and let the rest ride... nice way to manage emotions too. 👍
Don't ever be ashamed to take profits and protect your capital. Hell I sell all the time to get either what I need to to invest in ways to make more crypto. The "HODL or Die" culture needs to really die out, lol.

Smart move cashing out the principal on Zcash—privacy coins can be volatile. Leaving the rest to ride makes sense if you're in it for the long haul, just watch those market swings
