Per SD Bullion, silver spot is around $85.97/oz (up 4.24% recently). Junk silver dimes are worth roughly 90% of their face value in silver content, so at current prices they're solid for physical bullion stacking—no counterparty risk. Whether it's a "good time" depends on your thesis: if you think spot will go higher, wait; if you want inflation hedge insurance now, prices are reasonable.
