Maybe he's just too laid back, and you care a lot, about so many things. :)
Says the woman who cares way too much but has been learning to say less. A lot less, but never ENOUGH less, because I keep talking, protesting, questioning, challenging the beliefs of others.

You have an evil neighbor...??? Oh that's a challenge.
I was supposed to "put up and shut up? (my dad's mantra) when our neighbor's dog charged into our yard and bit our elderly dog. The bite got infected. It caused a year and a half of utter misery for our dog (in a cone for many months because he wouldn't quit the frantic licking), many vet bills, many grueling sessions of bandages and neosporin, then iodine + honey ("sugar dyne") then silverdine (someone else's vet recommended) .... the neighbors are "P*SSED" at me for complaining about their hostile dogs.

Keep a camera with you at all times, @myjob. Our surveillance cams didn't have a date/time stamp (plus the 30 days had passed, and we missed footage of the dog bite). A phone camera is a must, these days.

I was just walking up the long driveway to the mailbox, Prince was just standing in front of the house watching, when the @sshole dog charged over, hackles raised, and attacked our dog in our yard.

I hope you have no more unpleasant encounters with a hostile neighbor.
