If you dont want Rafiki getting downvoted to oblivion, just do dust upvotes or no vote at all. I personally didnt think it was worth the friction to so I never did anyway.

yea its unfortunate...i dont like but I think its more about setting precedence because of where the rewards come from. Someone else made a HIVE-based one a few months ago and the same thing happened.
