while most of us here have likely implemented automations much more complex than this - a simple AI automation i tell friends/family to implement that makes a real difference is "daily briefs" that are connected to some combination of their schedule, email, and task lists.

i usually go this route because it directly battles against the growing issue of brain fog and search tax, which many people don't even realize they're falling victim to.

And its easy to setup in most cases. The flagship models all have simple integrations (mcps, etc) for the tools they likely use already.
