RULESET: Holy Protection

Description:

All units gain the Divine Shield ability which reduces the damage of the first attack received to 0.

Divine Shield will be re-applied when a unit is Resurrected.

General Strategy for Holy Protection Ruleset:

Try to use as many monsters as possible to get the maximum amount of Divine Shields, don´t use units with Divine Shield ability since the ruleset is already giving you this ability unless you do not have anything better for their place, Don´t use the summoner that give Divine Shield either. On this ruleset there are some abilities that can help a lot like: Poison can be apply while you are taking off their Divine Shield same for Cripple, Blast to clean several units shield at once, Resurrection to use the Divine shield twice on the same unit and Rebirth for the same effect. You can also expect the opponent use this abilities and counter them by using others abilities like immunity, Reflection shield.
If you are using Resurrection make sure you have a good target for it, like a unit with high armor and Void armor ability and you can expect the same for your opponent and counter it.

About this Battle:

This is a Gold Level Brawl Battle, as all units have reach I put Vulguine in the second spot an incredible good unit with reach, not so good as a main tank though but he could be decent after getting some health with Scavenge, As my main tank I chose DryBone Barbarian with Retaliate ability as more likely 2 melees will be attacking, unfortunately I got very bad luck with this 50% chance Retaliations, my opponent use a tank with Thorns a good idea as well for the Maneuvers ruleset, he use Trap Falloway in the second place to he can attack with reach, a very powerful Gladiator when that rulesets allows him to attack from a save position, as a Gladiator I use Sola Ranjell to heal my tank. .
