Robinhood chain has stolen the spotlight and quite a bit of liquidity for now. But, at the end of the day, it's a small price to pay to have more normies getting involved with crypto.

What is that chain? Has it been on the market for a while?
Ethereum L2, like Base and Arbitrum. but the sequencer is owned by robinhood.
