What does Maxwell have to do with Russia?
Probably nothing. Referred to Russia because there have been several incidents with people who know sensitive information, have been "fallen" out the window. So anyone with this information and willing to testify, would be facing an "accident" in Russia. That's why I wrote, 'If it was in Russia'.
Nice! Here in the US when people die mysteriously we say they must have had evidence that would lead to the arrest of Hillary Clinton.
