Yeah, wouldn't start building a mining rig at this point. Cheaper to just buy Bitcoin.

There's always Litecoin ($LTC). Its MAX supply is 4x that of Bitcoin, it uses a different hashing algorithm, and it's still easier to mine. Litecoin is more undervalued than $HIVE or $LEO.

That's true! Also, was it that people are mining $DOGE as well? I vaguely remember someone mentioning here that they were mining it...

$DOGE is mined on the Dogecoin network using something called "merged mining" (also known as "Auxiliary Proof of Work," or AuxPoW). Both Dogecoin and Litecoin use the Scrypt hashing algorithm, so they can be mined together.
