That's not as robust and efficient and reliable system as it was sold to us.
This is not an isolated incident since this same stuff happened some weeks ago, supposedly already patched.

I agree with, in fact, they've had these issues for years. When I've asked about it, the answer is usually, "change the node". Not that great if users have to keep doing that whenever there's an issue.
