How to overcome drug addiction - mcgi review topic by brother Eli Soriano

Firstly I want to define drug addiction in my own understanding.
It means being too addicted to drugs or substances, not being able to do without it even for an hour.
Is not easy to overcome or to leave what you are already addicted to, what you can't do without, but if you put your effort and make up your mind that you want to stop this particular character, and apply self control and also with the help of God you can stop it.
Always distance yourself from were you always see the substance, and stay away from every of your friend or anyone that takes it.

Another thing is always pray to God to give you the strength and heart to stop it because you can't do it by yourself alone, it only takes the help of God.
In the book of 1 Corinthians 10vs13 it says But when you are tempted, God will also provide a way out so that you can endure it. It tells addicts that there is always a way back to sobriety. Even when it all seems hopeless, never give up. Addicts can overcome the temptation of drugs.
So brethren in this scripture the bible also gave us hope that even broken things can be amended.
