As it is written in the bible, that the book of law shall not depart from our mouth, and we must also meditate on it day and night.
You see even the bible has answered the question, there is no specific time for us to study the word of God, we don't have to study God's word only when we are asked to or when we are in trouble or when we feel like.
Studying the word of God is a mandate from God that we have to be doing every seconds, minute and hour. Studying the word of God helps us to grow our spiritual life and draws us close to God.
Just like we human need food to grow our physical body, that is how we need the word of God to grow our spiritual body and also for us to overcome challenges through the word of God that we have already planted into our life.
I know is not easy but trust me once you give it a thought and put your mind into it it won't be hard for you doing it even while traveling you will feel like to study, while eating you will have the urge to study the word of God.
