Encourage the youth to know their creator in their youthful age, let them live a positive example of faith, and also find hope in their struggles in life.
Let them set a good example in their youthful time, have self control and purity, and let them know that God has a good plan for them in every challenges of this life.
Let them live a life of faith, so that they will not feel that their youth is a blockage for making a difference.
In the book of 1 Timothy 4:12 it says that you should don't let anyone despise your youth, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, and in purity.

Love God because the greatest commandment is to love the lord with all your heart, soul and mind.
Encourage them to pursue righteousness, faith, peace and love, let them flee from youthful lust.
Let them cast all their anxiety on God because he love and cares for them.
Encourage them to be brave and strong and stand strong in their faith.

Encourage them to always be active and participate in the ministry, not just being an object of the ministry.
Always encourage them to be involved in all aspect of church activities.
Let them pray and study together, let them form a group and pray for one another.
Remind them that trials can produce perseverance, and that is possible to find hope in Christ even in there difficult time.

Jeremiah 29:11 says for I know the plan I have for you, says the lord, plans to make you prosper and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and future.
