Larry Fink says everything will be tokenized: currencies, ETFs, all assets — with a global settlement layer connecting it all. Just 1 question: who gets to own the layer?

Depending on their the stuff is tokenized. Can't imagine it's feasible to tokenized every small partnership under the Civil Code plumber business.
