I have tried the black cumin and it has lots of healing abilities. Getting the pure oil is best and should help with many things.

Thanks for the tea recommendation, I will give it a try. I am almost recovered now, but it has been a stressful week. I look forward to some relaxing time and removing things from my calendar.
