The Western governments have no clue, sure!
And that is because of this totally insane trend that has annoyed me since even the eighties, where every single, tiny thing is regulated to death, then taxed!
Other, more intact nations & cultures are far more flexible, and the freedom you have a tiny, well meaning and hard working individual is all you need to thrive...
What will rip at least Europe apart is the totalitarian control of every single individual, actually we need at least the EU to crash & burn to have any future going for us there!
Oh, the EU is definitely fucked. The only thing they've got going for then is "regulation" and that goes out the window as crypto, AI and blockchain technology advances every step of the way.
