Story of an atypical Sunday (EN-ES)
Greetings to all. I hope you multiply blessings of health and wellness in your lives, my dear #lifestyle friends.
Today was a busy Sunday in Colombia. At about eight o'clock in the morning, a tremor shook us hard and literally made us jump out of bed. We felt it very strong on the third floor, where we live, and it was inevitable that the body's natural alarm went off immediately. Without wasting any time, we rushed out to meet our daughter, her husband and Blackyto on the first floor of the building. Afterwards, we took Blacky for his morning walk, trying to calm his nerves a bit.
After a while, when the initial tension began to subside, we went into my daughter's house and shared a family breakfast. Although we were still on alert, being together gave us some peace of mind. The day passed between conversations and news, alert for any aftershocks.

Hoy fue un domingo movido en Colombia. A eso de las ocho de la mañana, un temblor nos sacudió con fuerza y literalmente nos hizo saltar de la cama. Lo sentimos muy fuerte en el tercer piso, donde vivimos, y fue inevitable que la alarma natural del cuerpo se activara de inmediato. Sin perder tiempo, salimos rápidamente a encontrarnos con nuestra hija, su esposo y Blackyto en la planta baja del edificio. Después, aprovechamos de llevar a Blacky a dar su paseo matutino, intentando calmar un poco los nervios.
Después de un rato, cuando la tensión inicial comenzó a bajar, entramos a casa de mi hija y compartimos un desayuno en familia. Aunque seguíamos en alerta, el estar juntos nos dio algo de tranquilidad. El día transcurrió entre conversaciones y noticias, atentos a cualquier réplica.
By mid-afternoon, we decided to have lunch together and closed our meal with a dessert that filled us with nostalgia: brownie with ice cream. It reminded us of our days in Cumaná, where that was our favorite dessert. There we heated it in the microwave, but this time we used the airfryer to give that warm touch to the brownie and mix it with the ice cream, a combination that we love.
Despite the initial scare this Sunday, the day ended with a sweet and delicious taste, and the joy of always being together.
Ya en la media tarde, decidimos almorzar juntos y cerramos nuestra comida con un postre que nos llenó de nostalgia: brownie con helado. Nos hizo recordar nuestros días en Cumaná, donde ese era nuestro postre favorito. Allá lo calentábamos en el microondas, pero esta vez usamos el airfryer para darle ese toque tibio al brownie y mezclarlo con el helado, una combinación que nos encanta.
A pesar del susto inicial de este domingo, el día terminó con un sabor dulce y delicioso, y la alegría de estar siempre juntos.

Amiga que bueno que estén bien con respecto a lo del temblor. Espero que no se repita y la normalidad vuelva a reinar. El brownie se ve espectacular y la mezcla con el helado es simplemente delicioso. Gracias por compartir amiga, saludos y Bendiciones.
