Saturday crochet workshop and good energy 🧶✨
Greetings and blessings to my knitting friends. I hope you are all doing well and have the best weekend possible.✨
Today I taught my first crochet workshop, a project I had been eager to do for a long time and which I planned for this weekend with the aim of crocheting a pumpkin. I am very happy because it was a great success. I got up early and prepared everything with great enthusiasm: a table decorated with pumpkins, candles, fruit, and crochet kits ready for each of the participants. I wanted them to feel welcome.
Little by little, they arrived, cheerful and eager to learn. I loved seeing their enthusiasm and willingness to follow the instructions in the pattern I shared with them. At first, some were a little tense, but with each stitch, they loosened up and enjoyed the process.

Hoy dicté mi primer taller de crochet, un proyecto que tenía muchas ganas de hacer desde hace tiempo y que planifiqué para este fin de semana con el propósito tejer una calabaza. Estoy muy contenta porque fue todo un éxito. Desde temprano preparé todo con mucha ilusión: una mesa decorada con calabazas, velitas, frutas y los kits de tejido listos para cada una de las participantes. Quería que se sintieran bienvenidas.
Poco a poco fueron llegando, alegres y con muchas ganas de aprender. Me encantó ver su entusiasmo y la disposición con la que siguieron las instrucciones del patrón que les compartí. Al principio algunas estaban un poco tensas, pero con cada punto se fueron soltando, disfrutando del proceso.

The atmosphere was wonderful, full of good energy, laughter, and pleasant conversation. While we crocheted, we talked about how therapeutic crocheting can be. We also shared a delicious snack of coffee and cheese sticks. Between sips of coffee, the morning flew by.
It filled me with satisfaction to see them so happy, proud of what they were learning and how much progress they were making. It was a morning of learning, calm, and creativity. I am very grateful for everyone's participation, willingness, and the beautiful energy that each person brought to the group. I am already thinking about repeating this experience very soon because I loved teaching a little bit about this hobby that has become one of my passions.
El ambiente fue maravilloso, lleno de buena energía, risas y conversaciones bonitas. Mientras tejíamos, hablamos de lo terapéutico que resulta el crochet. Compartimos también una deliciosa merienda con cafecito y deditos de queso. Entre sorbos de café, la mañana se nos pasó volando.
Me llenó de satisfacción verlas tan contentas, orgullosas de lo que estaban aprendiendo y de cuánto iban avanzando. Fue una mañana de aprendizaje, calma y creatividad. Estoy muy agradecida por la participación, la buena disposición y la energía tan linda que cada una aportó al grupo. Ya estoy pensando en repetir esta experiencia muy pronto porque me encantó enseñar un poco de esta afición que se ha convertido en una de mis pasiones.
