My first creation for Jewelry:Woven earrings (EN-ES)
Hello, Jewelry community! I hope you are doing great with health and wellness and that inspiration and creativity is always by your side.
Today I am very excited to make my first post here, thanks to the beautiful invitation of my dear friend @yolimarag, who encouraged me to join this wonderful community where everything that has to do with costume jewelry makes us fall in love. Because, we all love that world of color, shine, textures and creativity behind each handmade piece.
For years, I have been making handmade accessories, as a hobby that always filled me with joy. I have worked with different materials: macramé threads, beads, charms, beads and any cute little thing that I found and inspired me. I loved experimenting, combining textures, colors, styles, and above all, creating something unique, handmade.

Hoy estoy muy emocionada de hacer mi primera publicación por aquí, gracias a la linda invitación de mi querida amiga @yolimarag, quien me animó a unirme a esta comunidad maravillosa donde todo lo que tiene que ver con bisutería nos enamora. Porque, a todas nos encanta ese mundo de color, brillo, texturas y creatividad que hay detrás de cada pieza hecha a mano.
Desde hace años, he hecho accesorios de manera artesanal, como un pasatiempo que siempre me llenó de alegría. He trabajado con distintos materiales: hilos de macramé, perlitas, dijes, cuentas y cualquier cosita linda que encontrara y me inspirara. Me encantaba experimentar, combinar texturas, colores, estilos, y sobre todo, crear algo único, hecho a mano.
Since I took up weaving again, I found a new way: woven tendrils. Thus, I have made some of different designs and models. At first I only made them for my daughter, with whom I share this taste for handicrafts. Seeing her wearing them with so much affection gave me that nice impulse to start making more, and little by little I started offering them for sale. To my surprise and joy, they have been very well received and I have sold a few.
Until now I had been sharing these designs in the needlepoint community, since they are knitted pieces, but seeing how beautiful this Jewelry community is, I realized that there is also an ideal space here for what I do. So here I am happy to join.
I have to clarify that I am not an expert in costume jewelry and I don't have the necessary tools yet. In fact, to make the earrings I had to borrow a tweezers, because I still don't have my own. But since I liked this process so much, I'm already thinking about getting my own tools and keep learning, because I'm passionate about this.
Desde que retomé el tejido, encontré un nuevo camino: los zarcillos tejidos. Así, he hecho algunos de diferentes diseños y modelos. Al principio los hacía solamente para mi hija, con quien comparto este gusto por lo artesanal. Verla usarlos con tanto cariño me dio ese impulso bonito para empezar a hacer más, y poco a poco los fui ofreciendo para la venta. Para mi sorpresa y alegría, han tenido muy buena acogida y he vendido unos cuantos.
Hasta ahora había estado compartiendo estos diseños en la comunidad de las agujas, ya que se trata de piezas tejidas, pero al ver lo hermosa que es esta comunidad de Jewelry, me di cuenta de que también aquí hay un espacio ideal para lo que hago. Así que aquí estoy feliz de sumarme.
Tengo que aclarar que no soy experta en bisutería ni cuento aún con las herramientas necesarias. De hecho, para hacer los zarcillos tuve que pedir prestada una pinza, porque todavía no tengo las mías. Pero como me ha gustado tanto este proceso, ya estoy pensando en hacerme con mis propias herramientas y seguir aprendiendo, porque esto me apasiona.
Today I'm sharing with you some long tendrils that I loved the way they turned out. They are made with four little flowers woven using a beautiful multicolored thread, and each flower has a little pearl in the center, which gives them a delicate and feminine touch. I confess that this time I don't have a step by step, because I concentrated so much on weaving and assembling the tendrils, enjoying the moment, that I simply flowed and let myself be carried away by inspiration.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for welcoming me in this community so full of talent and creativity. I hope to continue learning with you, sharing what I do and nourishing myself with so many beauties that are shown here.
Hoy les comparto unos zarcillos largos que me encantaron cómo quedaron. Están hechos con cuatro florecitas tejidas usando un hilo multicolor precioso, y cada flor lleva una perlita en el centro, que les da un toque delicado y femenino. Les confieso que esta vez no tengo paso a paso, porque me concentré tanto en tejer y armar los zarcillos, disfrutando el momento, que simplemente fluí y me dejé llevar por la inspiración.
Gracias de corazón por recibirme en esta comunidad tan llena de talento y creatividad. Espero seguir aprendiendo con ustedes, compartiendo lo que hago y nutriéndome de tantas bellezas que por aquí se muestran.
