MDF tree, a handmade Christmas decoration🎄🎨

Happy weekend, my dear creative friends. I hope you are all well, blessed with good health and well-being, and that the joy of Christmas is already evident around you.
On Wednesday, our craft group got together to make a seasonal craft. I really enjoy these activities because they always spark wonderful ideas and allow us to share a special moment together. This time we worked with a small MDF tree that each of us had to paint as we liked. They were distributed at random, and I got one that had three small figures of the Nativity scene. As soon as I saw it, I loved it, although I also knew right away that it would be a little difficult because those figures were tiny and you had to be very patient to paint them well.

Even so, I decided to go for it without thinking twice. I grabbed my paints and brushes and got to work. I chose to work with the colors I had brought with me because I knew that if I didn't have time to finish it at the library, I could continue at home at my leisure.
Materials
• MDF tree
• Paintbrushes of various sizes
• Acrylic paints
• Cloth
• Water
• Small rings (optional, depending on the design)
• Small pliers to close the rings
• Red velvet ribbon
Materiales
• Arbolito de MDF
• Pinceles de varios tamaños
• Pinturas acrĂlicas
• Pañito
• Agua
• Argollitas (opcional, según el diseño)
• Pinza pequeña para cerrar las argollas
• Cinta de terciopelo rojo

Step by step
I cleaned the MDF tree so that the surface was ready for careful work. The first thing I did, among so many pieces, was to paint the base brown. Then I applied dark green to the body of the tree. When this paint dried, I painted the star with gold paint. After that, I calmly painted each of the nativity scene figures. That was the most delicate part. I used blue, mustard, red, green, brown, and white, trying to make each color stand out without losing harmony. It took me a while, but I enjoyed every moment. I did all this in the library, while we chatted and had a very pleasant time.
Today, at home, I set about finishing it and added little stars with white paint and mustard-colored dots to give it some light. Then, I put the rings on with the help of the pliers and hung the nativity scenes. I made a change to one of the figures. I had painted the edge green, but it didn't contrast because the tree is green, so I painted it mustard and I think it looks better. To finish my tree and give it my personal touch, I glued a red velvet ribbon bow on it.
Paso a paso

I loved how it turned out, and now it's decorating a space in my home, reminding me of that enjoyable time I shared with my artisan friends, filled with laughter and good company.
