Macramé tapestry, a beautiful home decor piece🍃

A few days ago, I was wandering around a supermarket with no intention of buying any home decor when I suddenly saw it. There it was, hanging among other home goods: a beautiful macramé wall hanging made with lark’s-head knots and ten delicate combed leaves. It was love at first sight.
This was, in fact, one of those projects I’d had on my “someday” list. I’d wanted to make something similar for my home for quite some time. I’d even saved some ideas and inspirational images, but between my daily responsibilities and other creative projects, I could never find the time to sit down and make it.
So when I saw it right in front of me—so beautiful and exactly as I’d imagined it—I couldn’t resist. I picked it up, looked at it a couple of times, and, without thinking too much about it, it ended up in my shopping cart.

Hace unos días, estaba recorriendo un supermercado, sin ninguna intención de comprar decoración, cuando de repente lo vi. Allí estaba, colgado entre otros artículos para el hogar: un hermoso colgante de pared en macramé elaborado con nudos alondra y diez delicadas hojas peinadas. Fue amor a primera vista.
Este era, precisamente, uno de esos proyectos que tenía en mi lista de “algún día”. Desde hace tiempo quería hacer algo similar para mi casa. Incluso había guardado algunas ideas e imágenes de inspiración, pero entre las ocupaciones diarias y otros proyectos creativos, nunca encontraba el momento para sentarme a realizarlo.
Así que cuando lo vi frente a mí, tan bonito y exactamente como lo había imaginado, no pude resistirme. Lo tomé, lo miré un par de veces y, sin pensarlo demasiado, terminó en mi carrito de compras.

When I got home, I knew exactly where I wanted to hang it: a white wall that had been calling out for something special for quite some time. The change was immediate. Suddenly, that corner came to life. The macramé added a warm texture and a bohemian, cozy vibe that completely transformed the space.
Best of all is how it complements my embroidery, which decorates the opposite wall. Together, they create an atmosphere full of details made with fibers, creativity, and lots of charm. It feels like they’ve always been there.
I loved it from the very first moment, and now, every time I see it, I love it even more. ❤️🧶
Al llegar a casa supe exactamente dónde quería colocarlo: una pared blanca que llevaba tiempo pidiéndome algo especial. El cambio fue inmediato. De repente, ese rincón cobró vida. El macramé aportó una textura cálida, un aire bohemio y acogedor que transformó por completo el espacio.
Lo mejor de todo es cómo dialoga con mis bordados, que decoran la pared opuesta. Juntos crean una atmósfera llena de detalles hechos con fibras, creatividad y mucho encanto. Parece que siempre hubieran estado allí.
Me encantó desde el primer momento y ahora, cada vez que lo veo, me gusta todavía más. ❤️🧶
