Crochet flowers, details that transform(EN-ES)
Happy day, my dear knitting friends! I hope you are all well, in good health, and feeling great.
Lately, I've been working on a project that turned out to be one of the quickest and most fun I've knitted in a while. It all started while I was browsing Pinterest, that endless world of creative ideas, where I came across a trend that immediately caught my eye: decorating shirt buttons with little knitted flowers. As soon as I saw those little flowers, I felt they were perfect for giving my clothes a different and flirty look.
Best of all, the design is really simple; you don't need to be an expert to do it. So, without further ado, I got to work. I took some beige yarn and, with my needle in hand, began knitting little flowers one after another. It was an “express” project, the kind you enjoy because you see the results in a matter of minutes and the satisfaction is immediate.

En estos días me animé con un proyecto que resultó ser uno de los más rápidos y divertidos que he tejido últimamente. Todo comenzó mientras navegaba por Pinterest, ese mundo infinito de ideas creativas, donde me encontré con una tendencia que me atrapó de inmediato: adornar los botones de las camisas con florecitas tejidas. Apenas vi esas pequeñas flores, sentí que eran perfectas para darle un aire diferente y coqueto a mis prendas.
Lo mejor de todo es que el diseño es realmente sencillo, no se necesita ser experta para hacerlo. Así que, ni corta ni perezosa, me puse manos a la obra. Tomé una lana beige y con mi aguja en mano empecé a tejer florecitas una tras otra. Fue un proyecto exprés, de esos que se disfrutan porque en cuestión de minutos ya ves el resultado y la satisfacción es inmediata.
I decided to put them on one of my shirts, a blue one that I wear a lot. When I finished putting the little flowers on the buttons and tried on the shirt, I was pleasantly surprised: I loved how it looked! The contrast of the beige on the blue stands out in a delicate, feminine, and cheerful way, just what I was looking for to give my clothes a fresh look.
I'm already thinking about making little flowers in different colors to decorate a white shirt. I imagine it covered in little touches of color, as if I were carrying a miniature woven garden with me.
Decidí ponerlas en una de mis camisas, una azul que uso mucho. Cuando terminé de poner las florecitas sobre los botones y me probé la camisa, me llevé una grata sorpresa: ¡me encantó cómo quedó! El contraste del beige sobre el azul resalta de una manera delicada, femenina y alegre, justo lo que buscaba para darle un aire renovado a mi ropa.
Ya estoy pensando en hacer florecitas de distintos colores para adornar una camisa blanca. Me la imagino llena de pequeños toques de color, como si llevara conmigo un jardín tejido en miniatura.
I loved how quickly the project came together and how, with such a small detail, I was able to give a garment a new lease on life. Sometimes we don't need large pieces of fabric or long hours of work to feel the joy that crochet brings us; all it takes is a few stitches and a lot of imagination.

Me encantó la rapidez del proyecto y cómo, con un detalle tan pequeño, logré darle una nueva vida a una prenda. A veces no necesitamos grandes tejidos ni largas horas de trabajo para sentir esa alegría que nos da el crochet, bastan unos pocos puntos y mucha imaginación.
