December has arrived on this Monday of knitting. It is the first day of the month most loved by many, inviting joy, sincere encounters, and family sharing.
Today I want to show you these crochet stars that I made to decorate my home. Christmas is already in the air in every corner of my little home: the tree is ready, the table is set, and the lights are starting to light up the nights. But I was missing something special for the window, a touch that would match everything else.

En este lunes de agujas llegó diciembre. Es el primer día del mes más querido por muchos, el que invita al regocijo, a los encuentros sinceros y al compartir en familia.
Hoy quiero mostrarles estas estrellas a crochet que tejí para decorar mi casa. Ya la Navidad se respira en cada rincón de mi pequeño hogar: el arbolito está listo, la mesa tiene sus detalles y las luces ya empiezan a encender las noches. Pero me faltaba algo especial para la ventana, un toque que hiciera juego con todo lo demás.
That's why I sat down to knit these stars, simple but very beautiful. As I made them, I thought about how beautiful this month is, how it invites us to pause, give thanks, and enjoy what each day brings. I love this time of year because it brings us together, restores calm, and invites us to create memorable moments.
These stars will be part of a decorative detail that I am putting together and that I will soon share with you with great pleasure. I am excited to continue filling my home with small handmade pieces, because I feel that each one holds a little piece of me and what I want to convey.
This is how my December begins, with the hope that this month will bring us harmony, unity, and lots of light.
Por eso me senté a tejer estas estrellas, sencillas pero muy hermosas. Mientras las hacía, pensaba en lo bonito que es este mes, en cómo nos invita a detenernos, a agradecer y a disfrutar lo que nos trae cada día. Me gusta tanto esta época porque nos une, nos devuelve la calma y nos invita a crear momentos memorables.
Estas estrellas serán parte de un detalle decorativo que estoy armando y que pronto les compartiré con mucho gusto. Me emociona seguir llenando mi hogar de pequeñas piezas hechas a mano, porque siento que cada una guarda un pedacito de mí y de lo que quiero transmitir.
Así comienza mi diciembre con la ilusión de que este mes nos regale armonía, unión y mucha luz.
