Countdown: Anxiety and Hope

Today my thoughts, my heart, my illusions and my hope are in my country, in the faces of my family, in the streets of my city.

Anxiety invades me as the elections approach in our country. Every day the expectation and nervousness for what is at stake has been growing: the future of our nation. This event is not just another election, it is a crucial opportunity to define the path to a better and more prosperous future for all.

Every conversation, every piece of news and what I have seen in the last few days increases my desire to see positive change, to imagine a country where the right decisions lead us to a more just and equitable society. I dream of a place where opportunities flourish for all, where we can live with security and dignity, above all dignity.

My hope is that, after these elections, we can see reflected the will of a people who yearn for progress and collective well-being. In the meantime, waiting and uncertainty keep me on tenterhooks, anxiously awaiting a favorable outcome.

It will dawn and we shall see, all in God's hands!

Hoy mis pensamientos, mi corazón, mis ilusiones y mi esperanza están en mi país, en el rostro de mi familia, en las calles de mi ciudad.

La ansiedad me invade mientras se acercan las elecciones en nuestro país. Cada día ha ido creciendo la expectativa y el nerviosismo por lo que está en juego: el porvenir de nuestra nación. Este evento no es solo una elección más, es una oportunidad crucial para definir el camino hacia un futuro mejor y más próspero para todos.

Cada conversación, cada noticia y lo que he visto en estos últimos días incrementan mi deseo de ver un cambio positivo, de imaginar un país donde las decisiones correctas nos lleven a una sociedad más justa y equitativa. Sueño con un lugar donde las oportunidades florezcan para todos, donde podamos vivir con seguridad y dignidad, sobre todo dignidad.

Mi esperanza es que, tras estas elecciones, podamos ver reflejada la voluntad de un pueblo que anhela el progreso y el bienestar colectivo. Mientras tanto, la espera y la incertidumbre me mantienen en vilo, aguardando con ansias un resultado favorable.
