Chocolate with marshmallows in a flash🍫☕✨
Greetings and blessings, dear fellow diners in this community. I hope you are all in good health and spirits.
These days, the cold in Bogotá has been very intense, so at home we've been drinking hot beverages at all hours of the day: coffee, herbal teas, teas, and, of course, hot chocolate. But today's hot chocolate was special. A few days ago, I bought some chocolate bombs filled with marshmallows to make instant hot chocolate, and today we finally tried them.🍫☕
The package contains three perfect, shiny bombs. I had been wanting to try them for days because they promised that magical moment when the chocolate melts and releases the marshmallows. Chocolate with these bombs is very easy and quick to make: I boiled the milk, poured a generous amount into my Christmas mug, and dropped one of the bombs into the center. As soon as it touched the milk, it began to soften. In seconds, the chocolate coating opened and the marshmallows floated to the surface.

Estos días el frío en Bogotá se ha sentido con mucha intensidad, así que en casa andamos tomando a alguna bebida caliente a cualquier hora del día: café, aromáticas, tecitos y, por supuesto, chocolate. Pero el chocolate de hoy fue especial. Hace unos días compré unas bombas de chocolate rellenas de masmelos o malvaviscos para preparar chocolate caliente de manera instantánea, y hoy por fin las probamos.🍫☕
El paquete trae tres bombas perfectas y brillantes. Quería probarlas desde hace días porque prometían el momento mágico en el que el chocolate se derrite y libera los masmelos. El chocolate con estas bombas se prepara muy fácil y rápido: puse a hervir la leche, serví una buena porción en mi taza navideña y dejé caer una de las bombas en el centro. Apenas tocó la leche, comenzó a suavizarse. En segundos, la cubierta de chocolate se abrió y los masmelos salieron a flote.

I stirred it with a teaspoon to mix in the melted chocolate, and it turned into a thick, warm, comforting drink. In just a couple of minutes, we had a delicious hot chocolate ready to enjoy.🍫☕
My husband and I sat down to drink it in the middle of the afternoon, while outside the sky remained gray and threatened to rain again. The cold Bogota Sunday turned into a quiet and cozy moment inside the house. So enjoying this cup of hot chocolate, ready in no time, was the perfect plan to accompany our Sunday and give it a sweet and warm touch.
Mezclé con una cucharita para integrar bien el chocolate derretido y quedó una bebida espesa, tibia y reconfortante. Así, en un par de minutos ya teníamos un chocolate delicioso y listo para disfrutar.🍫☕
Mi esposo y yo nos sentamos a tomarlo a media tarde, mientras afuera el cielo seguía gris y amenazaba con volver a llover. El frío del domingo bogotano se convirtió en un momento tranquilo y acogedor dentro de casa. Así que disfrutar de esta taza de chocolate caliente, lista en un dos por tres, fue el plan perfecto para acompañar nuestro domingo y darle un toque dulce y calentito.
