Café Crochet workshop, a special morning☕🧶

Happy day, my dear needlework friends! I hope you are all well, in good health and spirits.

I want to tell you that today I had the pleasure of participating in the Café Crochet workshop, held at Nutcrackerfoods, a beautiful café that became the perfect setting for a different and very special morning. Ever since I signed up for the workshop, I had been eagerly awaiting this day, and finally I got to experience it. As soon as I arrived, I loved the warm atmosphere of the place, the tables were perfectly arranged, the light was soft, and, of course, the delicious aroma of freshly brewed coffee accompanied us throughout the morning.☕🧶

Quiero contarles que hoy tuve la dicha de participar en el taller Café Crochet, realizado en Nutcrackerfoods, una cafetería hermosa que se convirtió en el escenario perfecto para una mañana distinta y muy especial. Desde que me inscribí en el taller, esperaba con ilusión que llegara este día, y al fin pude vivirlo. Apenas llegué, me encantó el ambiente cálido del lugar, las mesas estaban perfectamente dispuestas, la luz suave y, por supuesto, el aroma delicioso del café recién hecho nos acompañó durante toda la mañana.☕🧶

This workshop was designed to bring together those of us who love crochet and those who are curious to learn. From the start, the experience was very special because it included a kit with everything you needed: yarn, a crochet hook, and a pair of stitch markers to practice basic stitches.🧵☕

Este taller estaba pensado para reunir a quienes amamos el crochet y a quienes sienten curiosidad por aprender. Desde el inicio, la experiencia fue muy especial porque incluía un kit con todo lo necesario: un hilo, una aguja de tejer y un par de marcadores para practicar puntos básicos.🧵☕

The best part was that, beyond learning, we gathered in a true space of well-being. Knitting, as I always say, has that special power to relax us and connect us to the present, and when done in company, the experience becomes even more enriching. So, amid doubts, laughter, and advice, each stitch became a bridge for sharing, and I felt deeply happy to meet people who, like me, enjoy the magic of creating with their hands.✨💕

Lo más bonito fue que, más allá de aprender, nos reunimos en un verdadero espacio de bienestar. Tejer, como siempre digo, tiene ese poder especial de relajarnos y de conectarnos al presente, y cuando se hace en compañía, la experiencia se vuelve aún más enriquecedora. Así pues, entre dudas, risas y consejos, cada puntada se convirtió en un puente para compartir, y me sentí profundamente feliz de coincidir con personas que, como yo, disfrutan la magia de crear con sus manos.✨💕

With these materials, we made a sampler, a kind of sample book where we tried out the stitches step by step, without pressure, under the guidance of the teacher, who is a wonderful woman whom I have been following on social media since I arrived in Colombia.🧵🧶

This morning, I let myself be carried away by the rhythm of my hands and the pleasant conversation with the new friends I made.✨💕

Con esos materiales elaboramos un dechado de puntos, una especie de muestrario donde íbamos probando las puntadas paso a paso, sin presiones, bajo la instrucción de la profesora que es una mujer maravillosa, a quien sigo en sus redes desde que llegué a Colombia.🧵🧶

Esta mañana, me dejé llevar por el ritmo de mis manos y la agradable conversación con las nuevas amigas que hice.✨💕

In addition, the delicious part couldn't be missed: the workshop included breakfast with a special menu. It was the perfect time to take a break, savor every bite, and recharge our batteries to continue knitting. That combination of learning, good food, and a welcoming atmosphere made the morning fly by.☕

I left this workshop with a happy heart, new friends, and the feeling of having invested quality time in something I enjoy and that makes me feel good. Café Crochet at Nutcrackerfoods was undoubtedly an experience of learning, enjoyment, and well-being that I hope to repeat many more times.✨💕

Además, no podía faltar la parte deliciosa: el taller incluía un desayuno con un menú especial. Fue un momento perfecto para hacer una pausa, saborear cada bocado y recargar energía para seguir tejiendo. Esa mezcla de aprendizaje, buena comida y un ambiente acogedor hizo que la mañana pasara volando.☕

Salí de este taller con el corazón contento, con nuevas amigas y con la sensación de haber invertido tiempo de calidad en algo que me gusta y me hace bien. El Café Crochet en Nutcrackerfoods fue, sin duda, una experiencia de aprendizaje, disfrute y bienestar que espero repetir muchas veces más.✨💕
