A blue bookmark for my reading🧶📘
Greetings and blessings, my dear needlework friends. I hope you are all in good health and spirits and that you have a very productive week.
For this Monday's needlework session, I would like to share another bookmark that I was eager to show you. This time, I started with some circular crochet fabrics in an electric blue that I love. These are pieces that I had crocheted some time ago and have only now found a use for.
I calmly joined each circle together, making sure that the bookmark remained flexible and lightweight. Between each one, I added bright blue jewelry stones, which add a subtle detail and some movement when in use. I really like how the sparkle of the stones complements the crochet without stealing the show.

Para este lunes de aguja les comparto otro marcalibros que tenía muchas ganas de mostrarles. Esta vez partí de unos tejidos circulares a crochet en un azul eléctrico que me encanta. Son piezas que había tejido hace tiempo y que hasta ahora encontré cómo usarlas.
Fui uniendo cada círculo con calma, cuidando que el marcalibros quedara flexible y liviano. Entre uno y otro agregué piedritas de bisutería en tono azul brillante, que le aportan un detalle sutil y algo de movimiento cuando se usa. Me gusta mucho cómo el brillo de las pepitas complementan el tejido sin quitarle protagonismo.

At the end, I hung a soft, light sky blue tassel that completes the piece. The contrast between the intense blue of the crochet and the softer tone of the fringe gives it balance and makes it look harmonious.
This bookmark is practical, easy to use, and convenient to always have on hand between the pages. I like that it accompanies my reading without getting in the way and, at the same time, adds a nice detail every time I open a book. This bookmark is another simple, beautiful model made with joy.
En el extremo colgué una borla de color celeste claro, suave y liviana que termina de cerrar la pieza. Ese contraste entre el azul intenso del crochet y el tono más suave del fleco le da equilibrio y hace que se vea armonioso.
Este marcalibros es práctico, fácil de usar y cómodo para tener siempre a mano entre las páginas. Me gusta que acompañe la lectura sin molestar y que, al mismo tiempo, sume un detalle lindo cada vez que abro un libro. Este marcalibros es otro modelo sencillo, hermoso y hecho con alegría.
