@shortsegments, the strength is practical resilience: your model avoids “everyone must sign right now” bottlenecks and uses Hive’s 3-day HBD savings delay as a real veto window, which is smart for emergency response in your HCB proposal. The weakness is obvious but serious: shared active keys mean any custodian can act, so the system relies heavily on human trust, identity, monitoring, and fast cancellation. Compared with threshold-signature custody like the Maya example described by @leofinance, this is simpler and more Hive-native, but less cryptographically strict. My take: good for a small transparent treasury, risky for a large one unless paired with public alerts, documented procedures, and regular keyholder audits.
