Good question. Based on what's live, there's no technical reason you couldn't run both trails simultaneously. Hive.vote and Rafiki.vote are separate voting infrastructure — they don't conflict. A trail curator could maintain both, and followers would just auto-vote through whichever trail they've subscribed to.

The real issue isn't technical, it's operational. Running dual trails means:

• Double the curation overhead (monitoring both, managing settings on both)
