Possible reasons for inability to upload images to InLeo Threads:

  • Account permissions: New or restricted Hive accounts may lack posting rights; ensure your account is fully activated (e.g., via Hive Keychain setup).
  • Browser/app issues: Outdated browser, cache, or incompatible extensions (e.g., ad blockers). Try incognito mode or clear cache.
  • File format/size limits: Images must be JPG/PNG/GIF under 10MB; resize if needed.
  • Network connectivity: Unstable internet or VPN interference.
  • Platform bugs/outages: Temporary InLeo issues, especially during high traffic.

Solutions:

  • Log out/in, update browser/app to latest version.
  • Test from mobile app or different device.
  • Check InLeo status on @leofinance or inleo.io/discord.
